These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of holyweds.com (the "Platform"), operated by Holyweds ("Holyweds", "we", "us"). By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for use by individuals of legal marriageable age under applicable Indian law who are seeking a matrimonial match for themselves, or by a family member registering on their behalf with their knowledge and consent. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally eligible to marry.
2. Account registration
- You must provide a valid mobile number and accurate profile information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- One individual may maintain only one active profile, except where a family member manages the profile on behalf of the individual with disclosure of this fact
3. Profile content and conduct
You agree that content you submit (profile details, photographs, messages) will be:
- Accurate and not misleading
- Your own, or content you have the right to share
- Free of obscene, defamatory, unlawful or harassing material
- Used only for the genuine purpose of finding a matrimonial match
We reserve the right to review, verify, suspend or remove any profile that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, contains false information, or is being used for purposes other than matrimony (including solicitation, marketing or fraud).
4. Interests, chat and contact sharing
The Platform operates on a mutual-consent model: your contact number is not shown to other members until you accept their interest, or they accept yours. Chat is enabled only after mutual acceptance. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members once contact is established, both on and off the Platform.
5. Subscriptions and payments
- Registration is free and includes a 30-day trial period as described on the Platform
- Paid subscription plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) unlock additional features as described on the Subscription page at the time of purchase
- Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partner
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase

6. No guarantee of a match
Holyweds provides a platform to connect with other members and does not guarantee that you will find a suitable match, that any profile is accurate, or that any marriage will result from use of the Platform. Members are responsible for independently verifying the background and credentials of any person they connect with.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Create a fake, impersonated or duplicate profile
- Harass, threaten or defraud other members
- Solicit money, gifts or financial information from other members
- Advertise unrelated products, services or other platforms
- Scrape, copy or misuse data from the Platform
- Attempt to bypass the Platform's security or verification measures
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
8. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or is reported and found to be fraudulent or abusive. You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting contact@holyweds.com.
9. Intellectual property
The Platform's design, branding, logo and software are the property of Holyweds. Content you upload remains yours, but by posting it you grant Holyweds a licence to display it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the matrimony service.
10. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holyweds is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including disputes, losses or harm arising from interactions with other members.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
